How do I obtain the product code after purchase?

The digital product key and instructions will be displayed on the order summary page after a successful checkout.

Additionally,

For guest customers – If you purchased a product without first creating an account, your digital product will be emailed to you after a successful purchase.

The product code will not appear on you account if you wish to later register with us.

(Note: if you are unable to locate the email, please check your junk / spam email folder. If the product code is not present, then please contact us)

For registered customers – If you first registered then purchased a product, there are two ways to obtain the code:

Route 1:

Click on the following link: https://www.egaming.com/customer/account/
Login to your account
Navigate to “Game Library” located on the right side menu
Your digital product code and instructions will be available

Route 2:

The digital product code is also emailed to our registered customers
